Warranty Claim

For warranty claims please fill out below. Warranty only valid to original owner during warranty period. Original owner must have registered warranty within 15 days of receiving cart to be eligible for a warranty claim as required for warranty of cart. Failure to have registered within 15 days will void all warranty.
